GullyBazar is a next-generation hyperlocal commerce platform focused on helping local businesses sell online while delivering products to customers faster than traditional e-commerce platforms.

When rapid growth exposed scalability and usability issues in their existing platform, they partnered with us to redesign the entire customer and vendor experience from scratch.

The customer

Founded with the vision of empowering local markets digitally, GullyBazar connects customers with nearby stores across multiple categories including groceries, electronics, fashion, and daily essentials.

Their growing operations team needed a scalable technology partner capable of building modern infrastructure, streamlining operations, and improving user retention.

The problem

The platform faced several critical growth challenges:
