1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WebSharthi Technology website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

WebSharthi Technology provides digital agency services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, software development, AI solutions, UI/UX design, and digital consulting. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project. WebSharthi retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

WebSharthi's pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies remain our intellectual property, licensed for use in your project.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements.
• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
• Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, content, and approvals required for project progress.
• Ensure you have the legal right to any materials, content, or data you provide.
• Maintain confidentiality of any account credentials or access provided.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your use of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

WebSharthi Technology's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

7. Warranties

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. All services are provided "as is" without any other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice per the terms specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, fees for work completed are due immediately. Deliverables completed up to the termination date will be transferred to the client upon full payment.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
